Registration
Ottawa Archers renewal date for our memberships is April 1 until March 31. All current memberships (except lifetime) expire on March 31 every year. Please see below for current membership rates: Please note, you must have personal insurance to join (either OAA or OFHA), and this is NOT included in the membership price.
1. Obtain a liability insurance from one of the following sources. It is your responsibility:
The Ontario Association of Archers Inc. https://www.oaa-archery.on.ca/membership/membership
OR
The Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters https://www.ofah.org/membership/
2. Provide our Membership Director with the following information by requesting an application via e-mail or click the links above for a registration form and ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
The Director needs:
Name, Address, E-Mail, Phone number, Birth Date, copy of either your OAA insurance card with expiry date or OFAH insurance card with expiry date. Other family members name and birth dates (if joining) and insurance card copies if applicable. Also please insure that you read and sign the last page of the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY which is attached to application form. (We only need the last page back)
You MUST include copies of the proof of insurance with your submission in order to process your membership and receive a card and gate code. Or you can also email Cheryl an image of your card.
3. Calculate the membership fee:
Adults:
April 1 to March 31- $80
Youth:
April 1 to March 31- $60
Family:
April 1 to March 31- $200
4. Scan all filled in and signed documents and email them to Cheryl at:
[email protected], along with an email money transfer for the correct amount. Use the password archery for etransfer. (This is much faster!)
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL IN THE MESSAGE PART OF THE ETRANSFER so I can contact you if your forms don't come through.
Or you can snail mail: Write a cheque to Ottawa Archers and send by mail to: Ottawa Archers Club, 54 Solva Drive, Nepean, ON K2H 5R5
