Ottawa Archers has changed the renewal date for our memberships to better coincide with the OAA expiry date. All current memberships (except lifetime) will now expire on December 31 every year. Please see below for current membership rates:


1. Obtain a liability insurance from one of the following sources. It is your responsibility:


The Ontario Association of Archers Inc. http://www.oaa-archery.on.ca/insurance/insurance.htm
OR

The Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters http://www.ofah.org/Membership/index.cfm?ID=3


2. Provide our Membership Director with the following information by requesting an application via e-mail or click this link for a registration form and ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

The Director needs:


Name, Address, E-Mail, Phone number, Birth Date, OAA insurance number with expiry date or OFAH insurance number with expiry date. Other family member name and birth date if applicable. Also please insure that you read and sign the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY which is attached to application form.


Include photocopies of the proof of insurance with your submission.


3. Calculate the membership fee:

Adults:
Jan to Dec- $65
May to Dec  - $40
August to Dec  - $25

 Youth:
Jan to Dec- $50
May to Dec  - $30
Aug to Dec  - $20

Family:
Jan to Dec-  $140
May to Dec  - $85
Aug to Dec  - $55

4. Write a checque to Ottawa Archers and send by mail to: Ottawa Archers Club, P.O.Box 11362, Stn H, Nepean, ON, K2H 7V1.
